Cozy 3D is designed as a calm coloring app. We aim to collect as little information as possible while still letting the app function, support purchases, and respond to support requests.

Information We Handle

The app may store app activity on your device, such as downloaded models, coloring progress, favorites, premium status, and settings. This information is used to provide the app experience and may remain on your device unless you delete the app or clear progress.

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device type, app version, screenshots, or diagnostic details. We use this information to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve Cozy 3D.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Cozy 3D uses analytics and diagnostics tools to understand how the app is used, improve features, measure app performance, and fix crashes. This may include app version, device model, operating system version, language, country or region, session information, feature usage, in-app events, crash logs, performance data, and device or installation identifiers.

Service Providers We Use

Cozy 3D may use the following third-party services. The exact data collected can depend on your device, platform, privacy settings, consent choices, and how the app is configured.

  • RevenueCat for subscriptions, purchase validation, entitlement status, purchase history, transaction identifiers, and restore purchases.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase for app analytics, usage events, audience measurement, device/app information, approximate location, and performance insights.
  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports, diagnostics, device/app information, operating system details, and troubleshooting.
  • Mixpanel for product analytics, feature usage, events, device/app information, approximate location, and user or installation identifiers.
  • Google Ads for advertising, ad delivery, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, device identifiers, ad interactions, IP address, diagnostics, and related advertising data.
  • Apple Ads for App Store campaign attribution, ad measurement, and install or campaign performance data provided by Apple.

Advertising, Attribution, and Tracking

Cozy 3D may show ads or measure advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Apple Ads, and related platform tools. Advertising services may collect or receive data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, app interactions, ad views, ad clicks, installs, campaign attribution data, and diagnostic information.

On iOS, if Cozy 3D uses data for tracking as defined by Apple, the app will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the device advertising identifier or tracking you across apps and websites. You can change this permission in iOS Settings. On Android and in regions where consent is required, the app may show consent controls for ads, analytics, or personalized advertising.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details. Store providers and RevenueCat may share purchase status, subscription state, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal status, and related purchase metadata so we can unlock Premium features, prevent fraud, and restore purchases.

Cloud Sync

If Cozy 3D offers cloud sync, your progress and account-related app data may be stored with the sync provider so your content can move between devices. Cloud sync should be optional unless clearly stated in the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate, monetize, measure, and improve the app, including app stores, RevenueCat, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Mixpanel, Google Ads, Apple Ads, hosting, support, and cloud sync providers. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies and the services they provide to Cozy 3D.

Retention and Deletion

Local coloring progress remains on your device until you clear it or delete the app. Support emails are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain support records. Analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and purchase records are retained according to our settings and the retention practices of the service providers listed above. You can contact us to request deletion of information we control.

Children

Cozy 3D is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request or other channel, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

  • You can clear local coloring progress from the app if that option is available.
  • You can manage ad personalization, analytics consent, or tracking permission where the app or operating system provides those controls.
  • You can manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of support information you sent to us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Cozy 3D changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app or on this website.
